Dr. Kella Price brings a grounding presence and years of experience in health and wellness to the Serenity to Success retreat. With a Ph.D. in Health & Human Performance and a passion for helping women reconnect with their physical bodies, Kella offers a unique blend of science-backed wellness and faith-driven intentionality.
As a seasoned health educator, she leads daily movement sessions that promote peace, presence, and physical renewal. Her teachings focus on honoring the body as a temple—through gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and practical strategies to support energy, balance, and long-term well-being.
Kella's Morning Stretch sessions offer more than just fitness, her compassionate style makes every woman feel empowered to embrace her own strength and care for herself with grace and purpose.
