Retreat Insurance Disclaimer & Refund Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable and unforeseen circumstances may arise. While all retreat payments are non-refundable under general circumstances, we are committed to being compassionate and fair in cases of genuine emergency.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Medical Emergency – If you are unable to attend due to a serious personal medical emergency, a refund may be issued only with proper documentation from a licensed medical provider. The documentation must include a brief description of the condition preventing travel or participation, and it must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation notice.

• Death or Serious Illness in Immediate Family – In the unfortunate event of a death or critical illness in your immediate family (spouse, child, parent, or sibling), documentation (such as a death certificate, hospital note, or obituary) must be submitted within 7 days for refund consideration.

• No Refunds for Non-Emergency Cancellations – Changes in work schedule, travel delays, personal obligations, or failure to obtain appropriate travel documents are not considered emergencies and will not qualify for a refund.

• Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended – We strongly encourage all retreat participants to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, and medical expenses. This ensures added protection should unforeseen events arise. This is not travel insurance and only cover the Retreat Price, no add-ons or room costs.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to kimberly@kdevinedesigns.com and must include required documentation as outlined above. Please allow up to 14 business days for your request to be reviewed.
